Lanarkshire's Lowland League sides have discovered their Scottish Cup preliminary ties this afternoon - and they will all be on the road next month.
East Kilbride face an all-Lowland league test in their bid to reach the first round proper after being handed a tricky away trip to the capital to face Spartans in the second preliminary round. The sides met just last month in a league encounter, with Kilby running out 2-0 winners at K-Park.
Ricky Waddell's Caledonian Braves will embark on a long journey to Inverness to tackle Clachnacuddin and Cumbernauld Colts head to Gorgie to face East of Scotland League Premier Division outfit Tynecastle.
The second round ties will be played on Saturday, December 12.
This season's competition will kick-off before the 2020/21 campaign is brought to a close. Celtic and Hearts will contest last season's final, which has been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, on December 20 at Hampden.

Ties in the first preliminary round will take place on November 28 with Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale playing St Cuthbert Wanderers and Penicuik Athletic v Musselburgh Athletic
