Premier will air Hamilton's clash with Rangers on Saturday, February 8 with a kick-off time of 12:30pm at New Douglas Park.
And their cameras will be in attendance as Clyde eye another Scottish Cup shock against Celtic on Sunday, February 9 with the game getting under way at 2.00pm.
The broadcaster and BBC agreed a £20m six-year deal to show Scottish Cup ties up until the end of the 2023/24 season.
BBC's fixture choices have yet to be announced with Aberdeen's clash with Kilmarnock and upstarts BSC Glasgow against either Dundee United or Hibs looking likely options.
Holders Celtic are aiming for a fourth consecutive Scottish Cup triumph while Rangers are aiming to lift the trophy for the first time since 2009.
