Mark Kerr's side will face more Premiership opposition in the shape of St Johnstone after knocking out Ross County yesterday.
Steven Bell's first half header against the Staggies set up the chance for Ayr to enter the latter stages in tonight's draw.
And they will enjoy another crack at a side from the league above with Tommy Wright's Saints set to visit Somerset Park on Saturday, February 8.
