Scott Wolf’s estranged wife Kelley Wolf in handcuffs again, claims she is ‘so scared’ and ‘confused’

Kelley Wolf, the estranged wife of Party of Five star Scott Wolf, was arrested late Tuesday night on charges related to electronic harassment and disclosure of personal information. The 48-year-old was taken into custody at her Summit County, Utah, home and booked into jail on two misdemeanor charges.

The arrest came after a series of disturbing social media posts that Kelley shared on her Instagram account throughout the day. In her final messages before being detained, she documented her arrest in real time, telling followers that police were at her house and expressing confusion about why she was being taken into custody.

Kelley posted several alarming messages on her Instagram, including one where she stated she was being arrested and had no idea why. She wrote that she was “so scared” and “so confused” about being taken to jail, while also claiming she was not suicidal and had no mental disorders. The posts appeared to violate a court-ordered gag order that banned both parties from posting about each other, their marriage, their children, or their divorce on social media.

Previous incidents lead to escalating concerns

This latest arrest marks another troubling chapter in what has become a highly publicized and contentious divorce. Scott Wolf, 57, filed for divorce in June after 21 years of marriage, and the proceedings have been marked by multiple police incidents involving Kelley.

Back in June, Kelley was detained by police at the Sundance Mountain Resort after someone heard her making concerning remarks to family members. During that incident, she was handcuffed and taken to a hospital for evaluation. She later posted videos of the detention on social media, claiming she had been taken against her will.

The couple shares three children together: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Scott currently has temporary sole physical custody of all three children, while Kelley is allowed supervised visits and phone calls. Court documents revealed that a judge found Kelley’s behavior posed a substantial threat to the children’s wellbeing, leading to the custody arrangement and a temporary restraining order that was later dropped in July.

The recent Instagram posts that led to her arrest included what appeared to be doxxing of family members and friends, sharing personal information without consent. Kelley also posted threatening messages directed at Scott, including sharing what appeared to be his phone number and demanding he send their children to see her immediately.

According to court records, Scott receives $10,000 per month in spousal support from Kelley, though she has claimed on social media that she is financially struggling and sometimes sleeps in her car. The Real World: New Orleans alum has not yet appeared before a judge for bail to be set, and police have not released detailed information about the specific incidents that led to the charges.
