- Mills, 53, was dismissed over the weekend due to "allegations about his personal conduct" after hosting his final Radio 2 breakfast show on 24 March.
- It has emerged that he was questioned by police under caution in 2018 regarding allegations of serious sexual offences against a teenage boy between 1997 and 2000.
- His "Top Picks" page on BBC iPlayer and his podcast series Under the Bonnet: On the Road from Spotify have been taken down, though the podcast remains on Apple Podcasts.
