Hull, meanwhile, have already secured their promotion and Fraser is among their summer targets again.
The 26-year-old is still under contract at MK and Hull would need to pay a significant six-figure fee to try to get a deal done.
Fraser has made his name in England after leaving Tannadice for a successful stint at Burton Albion, where he netted nine times in the last campaign.
