Scots woman suddenly vanishes sparking frantic police search to find her

A Scots woman who suddenly vanished sparking a frantic police search has been found.

Kathryn Woods was missing overnight after disappearing from Nairn yesterday.

The 29-year-old was last seen at around 5pm on Sunday 24th October 2021 before being discovered 'safe' today.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Thank you very much for sharing our appeal to trace Kathryn Woods, who had been reported missing.

"She has been traced safe and well in the Nairn area.

"Thank you again."
