Prosecutors claim Miller, of Kilwinning, Ayrshire, was in possession of heroin she intended to deal to others.

She is also charged with being in possession of cocaine and behaving in a threatening or abusive way by shouting, swearing and making "sectarian remarks".

And she faces three charges of assaulting police officers.

It's claimed she kicked Police Constables Justin Brown and Mark Fleming in Hayocks Road, Stevenston.

And she is also said to have kicked PC Brown again after being taken to Saltcoats police office.

Miller made no plea during a private hearing, where she was represented by defence solicitor Eamonn McGeehan.

The case was continued for prosecutors to investigate further and she was released on bail.
