Scots twin makes heartbreaking appeal for missing sister to return home

A Scots twin has made a heartbreaking appeal for her sister who has gone missing .

Joanne Campbell's family have asked the public not to approach her as they fear she will be scared and will run.

The 20-year-old was last seen at around 6pm yesterday at the Asda supermarket in Toryglen, Glasgow .

Sister Tracey Campbell appealed for her return on Facebook.

She wrote: "Joanne please get in touch, we are worried.

"Soon it’s going to be 12 hours since we all last heard from you, this isn’t you.

"We know you got a bus into town and then got on a number 5.

"Please let us know you're ok.

"This behaviour isn’t you. You don’t like going to Asda yourself or anything.

"We all love you and are all worried about you.

"So please Joanne I’m begging you to get in contact.

Distraught Tracey continued: "If anyone sees her anywhere please don’t approach her as she will be scared and she will run and start shouting. Please let me or any of my family know and contact the police if you see her.

"Thank you."

Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We have received a report relating to Joanne Campbell.

"Enquiries are ongoing."
