Scots schoolboy left fighting for life as two arrested over Glasgow incident

A schoolboy is fighting for his life after an incident broke out in Glasgow last night.

Two people have been arrested in connection with a 15-year-old being found 'seriously injured' near Thornliebank Station on Boydstone Road around 11.10pm.

The teenager was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11.10pm on Friday 26 February 2021, police received a report of a disturbance in Boydstone Road.

"Officers attended and found a 15 year old male seriously injured.

"He was taken to the QEUH where he remains in a critical condition.

"Two people have been arrested in connection with the incident."
