Former Scottish rugby international Thom Evans has admitted he is 'punching' and has hit the jackpot by dating Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.
Thom, 36, first met Nicole, 43, officially on the X Factor Celebrity in 2019 when she was a judge and he was a contestant alongside bandmates Levi Davis and Ben Foden.
And Thom, who dated model Kelly Brook and Canadian actress Jessica Lowndes before they met, is so besotted by Nicole that he admits marriage may be on the cards.
Thom, who last played on the wing for Glasgow Warriors in the Celtic League, told The Sun on Sunday : "Nobody is asking Nicole how she got with me because I’m massively punching (above my weight).
"She’s so easy and fun to be around. I’ve hit the jackpot.
“People always say: ''When you know, you know' and I can honestly say I’d never really had that moment.
"But within the first couple of days with Nicole it was just awesome and it has been awesome ever since."
"It wasn’t even in my thought process to try it on with Nicole because it would have been unprofessional and she’s so lovely and stunning in every possible way. I was just like, 'She’s out of my league’'."
Thom and Nicole regularly show off their bodies and dance moves on beaches and lakes while travelling the world with work.
In July, a source told New magazine: "Nicole and Thom are extremely loved-up. They're thinking about starting a family and, because of Nicole's age, they want to start soon. She knows that time is ticking.
"They're desperate for a baby - Thom even more so. He has always wanted to be a dad and he would love nothing more than to have children as he's from a very close family himself.
"He loves kids and he'd be a great dad, but he wants to do it the right way.
"He's very traditional and he ideally would like to get married first."
