Scots road shut after crash involving two vehicles as emergency services rush to scene

Police have closed a busy Fife road following a crash involving two vehicles.

The collision took place on William Street, Dunfermline at around 4.25pm on Friday November 26.

Police Scotland officers shut the road as a result and emergency services remain at the scene.

Arrangements have been made to recover and uplift both of the vehicles involved.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: " Around 4.25pm, on Friday 26 November, 2021 police received a report of a road crash involving two vehicles.

"Emergency services are in attendance and the road is currently closed.

"Arrangements are being made to recover and uplift the vehicles."
