Police are appealing for help to find a walker who failed to return from a planned trip in the Highlands with his dog.
Colin Mathieson was due to go on a local circular walk of Mallaig in Lochaber on Tuesday but has not returned home.
The 71-year-old and his white Whippet dog called Holly have now been reported missing to Police Scotland who are urging other walkers to keep an eye out for him.
Colin is described as white, 6ft tall and has a slim build with grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, a tartan scarf and a woolen beanie hat.
His dog was wearing a black and red collar which has hearts on the side.
Anyone with information or who has seen Colin is asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 2551 of November 10, 2020.
