In the nine second clip Gail can be seen mouthing along with the French-Canadian singer to the words "Don't say what you're about to say, no no no no."

As she sings the caption "When the school calls to tell you.... your daughter has a cough" appears on the screen.

Gail said she made the clip after receiving the call herself from her six-year-old daughter, Cora's school which says your child needs to isolate and/or book a Covid test at the beginning of term.

Gail had to then isolate both Cora and three-year-old son Cassius, from school and nursery.

She said: "I actually got the dreaded call. They said my daughter had a cold and a cough so I had to remove her from school. In the end, thankfully it was not coronavirus, but I think all parents just feel like we are living under this cloud right now."

The hilarious clip has already gained lots of likes and comments from the Edinburgh mum's 11,500 followers on Instagram who can all relate to that dreaded call.
