A Scots mum living in England hasn't let lockdown stop her and her family enjoying their favourite Scottish fare.
Rosie Pease, 39, lives in Malton, Yorkshire with her farmer husband Stephen, 41, and their twin children Evelyn and Hamish, three.
Rosie, a midwife, has enjoyed regular monthly visits from her family and friends since she first moved over the border for work 11 years ago.
When her nearest and dearest visit they always come armed with square sausage, potato scones and other Scottish favourites for the whole family to enjoy.
Despite being brought up on a Yorkshire farm, Rosie says her two children would choose a slice of Lorne over a Cumberland sausage every time.
So when lockdown and travel restrictions meant no visits from her Scottish family, the mum-of-two was determined her little ones wouldn't miss out on their favourite treat breakfast dish.
She managed to find a butcher who would courier fresh blocks of sausage straight to her door.
She said: "We usually have visitors from Scotland at least once a month and they always tend to bring slice for us and we have a bit of a back log in our freezer for a wee treat breakfast.
"But with Covid restrictions we’ve only managed to have my parents three times last year and we only got up to Scotland twice.
"It’s hard not seeing family and friends and we decided to have some couriered down to have a treat.
"Hamish absolutely loves it and was so excited to see it in the box today and immediately got stuck in."
