A Scots man has been arrested after a paedophile hunters vigilante group gathered outside a property in Edinburgh
A video was shared online of a mob of protesters standing outside the house in Great Carleton Square last night.
Police attended the address at around 9pm and arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with indecent communications.

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was accused by the group of speaking inappropriately to who he thought were 12 and 13 year old girls.

The footage shows a huge crowd waiting for cops to arrive.
Chants of 'beast' and 'paedo' can then be heard in the video from the baying mob as officers escorted a man from the property and led him into the back of a police van.
Cheers from the group can also be heard as cops shut the van and prepare to drive away.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9pm on Tuesday, 20 July, police were called to a report of a large crowd gathered outside a property in Great Carleton Square, Edinburgh.
“Officers attended and a 40-year-old man was arrested in connection with indecent communications and enquiries are continuing.”
