As well as showing off the Laser Tools Racing machine, it was a chance for Aiden to meet some of his many fans and talk about his hopes for 2020.

The 20-year old said: “The reception has been fantastic and everyone is very excited about becoming a two-car team, with Ash Sutton as my team-mate.”

Also on display was the Aston Martin Vantage that Jonny Adam and Graham Davidson will share in the British GT Championship. The car was complete with its number 1 as Jonny and Graham lifted the 2019 title.

Meanwhile, fans of older machinery were drawn the stunning Jaguar XJR-9 that Scots driver Johnny Dumfries drove to victory in the 1988 Le Mans 24 Hour race.
