Scots footballer joins Love Island's Casa Amor and hopes to turn the girls' heads

A Scottish footballer is heading into the Love Island villa as a Casa Amor bombshell.

Ouzy See, from Edinburgh, is hoping to turn the girls' heads as he is set to appear on screens this weekend.

The 28-year-old is a striker for the city's Edinburgh F.C and is also a signed model, working for Colours Agency which also represents fellow islander Ella Thomas.

Fans of the show are speculating the sportsman and fashion model Ella could be a match made in heaven.

His team FC Edinburgh took to Twitter to confirm Ouzy would be heading to the villa and wished him luck.

The account wrote: "We want to wish our striker @ouzysee all the best in the @LoveIsland House, behave yourself big man aye?"

Ouzy will be the fourth footballer to join the popular ITV dating show this season.

He has already given fans a glimpse of his luxury lifestyle on Instagram, with photos showing him posing at festivals, playing football and holidaying abroad.

The footballer is also linked to former islander Dale Mehmet who appeared on season 7 of the show. The duo could be seen posing together in photographs shared on social media.

He is the third Scot to enter the villa this summer.

Casa Amor is said to be the biggest test of Love Island as couples are torn apart and live in separate properties for a couple of days as new arrivals put their relationship to the ultimate test.

Some of the best scenes from Love Island over the years have come from Casa Amor drama.

The news of Ouzy's arrival comes as Scots islander Mal Nichol was snapped partying in The Pear Tree in Edinburgh.

Mal - who is originally from Edinburgh - works as a picture researcher in London and previously dated Jay Younger who appeared in the 2022 series of the ITV dating show.

The beauty shared snaps of herself on her Instagram story on Thursday night.

The 25-year-old was dumped from the villa on Tuesday night alongside Communications Manager Mehdi Edno.

Speaking in her exit interview, Mal touched on her romance with Sammy: "That connection with Sammy was just so innocent and pure, it was lovely. Short, obviously.

"From the moment I first met him to the last night, we had a very mature conversation. He's grown so much. The most amazing thing to see in a person is growth. I could tell by the way he was acting around me.

"From what I’d seen before, he’s so different. I think before he didn’t really think before he spoke."

Love Island continues on ITV2 and ITVX each weeknight at 9pm.
