Cops have launched a probe after a man in a surgical face mask raided a Scots home before making off with a car.
The house was broken into in Colintraive Crescent, in Robroyston area of Glasgow, around 5.30am on Saturday April 10.
Along with person items, the man stole a silver Suzuki Vitara car.
Police Constable Paul Flynn of Easterhouse Police Station gave a description of the robber.
He said: “The family were unhurt by the incident but left very shaken. We are keen to trace a man described as being 5'10 tall, wearing dark clothing, black trainers and a surgical face mask.
“The registration of the stolen Suzuki Vitara is SD19 WYP.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area and witnessed anything suspicious to come forward, or anyone who has private CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.
"You may have captured something that can assist our investigation.
"Anyone who has information that will assist this investigation is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting reference number 0958 of 11 April. Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained"
