Legendary Scots DJ, George Bowie, will return to Hamilton Park next Friday night with a full set of GBX anthems.
A Hamilton Park favourite, his energy-filled set will follow a full evening of racing at the Phoenix Utilities Lanark Silver Bell Racenight on August 27.
The meet will be the 13th running of the Lanark Silver Bell Handicap at Hamilton Park, considered one of the richest races of its type in the UK.
This will be the course's last Friday evening meeting of the season with gates opening up at 2pm, with the first race at 4.35pm, last race at 7.40pm and bars closing at 10pm.
Tickets must be booked in advance, and will not be sold at the gate on the day.
Vivien Currie MBE, chief executive at Hamilton Park, told Lanarkshire Live : "We are absolutely delighted to have Phoenix Utilities Ltd join us as new sponsors.
"Historic racing is the focus of our last Friday evening meeting of the season with the Lanark Silver Bell the highlight of a great night’s racing."
The course has now been given official approval to return to their normal operating capacity of 12,500 for their remaining fixtures of the season.
A spokesman for Hamilton Park added: "We would like to take this opportunity to thank South Lanarkshire Council for all their guidance, support and help in our journey back to welcoming more racegoers once again to Hamilton Park.
"We are so proud of all of the team here at Hamilton Park as without their hard work and dedication this return to normal would not have been possible.
"Our well thought out and structured plans have allowed us to operate a safe and secure site for our customers and staff."
Earlier this month stylish race-goers from across Lanarkshire headed to Hamilton Park to enjoy the course’s most glamourous night of the year.
Featuring catwalk shows, best dressed lady and Slater Menswear man of style competitions, Ladies’ Night returned to the Bothwell Road course.
And it proved to be a huge hit with those in attendance and was a sell-out.
