Scots police seized a huge cannabis cultivation worth £200,000 after a tip off.
Officers swooped on a property on Carrick Road in Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire, following a call from the energy network.
The plants were discovered during a search of the property yesterday.
Police are working to trace those responsible and they say enquiries are ongoing.
Sergeant John Watson from Lanarkshire Police Division said: "We will continue to work to disrupt the illegal and harmful supply of drugs in our communities.
"We ask anyone with any concerns about drug misuse or wider criminality in your area, to contact us on 101.
"Alternatively report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
