A Scots chef has welcomed fitness guru Joe Wicks to his prized restaurant for a bite to eat.
Edinburgh’s Tom Kitchin shared a photo on social media with the social media star when he stopped at the Kitchen on Commercial Quay in Leith, Edinburgh.
Edinburgh Live report how the restaurant shared an image on social media saying: "Lovely surprise to welcome the nation's favourite Joe Wicks to the restaurant tonight! #thekitchin"
Wicks, who has built up a social media following of 2.8 million as The Body Coach, is currently in Edinburgh as part of his PE tour of the UK in which he hopes to keep families moving during the school holidays.
The tour ended in the city this weekend with the fitness guru leading a workout, against the backdrop of his 'PE with Joe' lorry, at Dundas Castle in South Queensferry.
Wicks has become a household name for leading PE and exercise lessons on YouTube, particularly during the lockdown last year with schools shut and kids stuck at home.
