A Scots teen tragically died near Silverburn Shopping Centre on Thursday evening.
Emergency services raced to Barrhead Road in Glasgow around 10pm last night following the "sudden" death of a 17-year-old boy.
Enquiries into the death are ongoing but officers do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal in due course.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said “Officers were called to a report of the sudden death of a 17-year-old boy at Barrhead Road, Glasgow, around 10pm on Thursday, July 22, 2021.
“Enquiries are ongoing but there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal in due course."
