Undisputed super-lightweight world champion boxer Josh Taylor was thrilled to bits after he met up with former world champion and fellow Scot Ken Buchanan.
Josh, 30, won his fight against José Ramírez in Las Vegas in May this year to gain his impressive title.
He floored Ramirez twice, becoming only the fifth man and the first Briton to claim the WBO, WBA, IBF and WBC titles simultaneously since the four-belt era officially began in 2004.
It came 50 years after 'Tartan Legend' Ken, 76, from Edinburgh, gained his title on February 12, 1971 after a 15-round unanimous decision win over Ruben Navarro in Los Angeles.
He also topped the bill in Madison Square Garden in New York ahead of Muhammad Ali and the late Joe Frazier, and had visited Josh before in October 2019.
The pair got together at Josh's Prestonpans home yesterday to talk all things boxing after the Tartan Tornado's famous win.
Ken's visit was even more important as he currently suffers from poor health and now resides in a care home.
Posted some pictures on his Twitter page , Josh wrote: "It was a great pleasure having Scotland’s greatest fighter ‘The Tartan Legend’ Ken Buchanan at my home today.
"I feel so proud to have achieved the same status as one of my hero’s in becoming the undisputed champion of the world #KingsOfScotland #Undisputed"
Ken previously said - ahead of Josh's Vegas fight - that he wanted to see the four belts if Josh managed to win.
He'd added: "It's unusual for a laddie from here to go and win a world title abroad so to become undisputed would be special."
Josh too had hoped the two could get together on his arrival back from the States.
He said: "He saw me boxing a couple of times as an amateur, hitting the bags and sparring and he always said I could become world champion and I’ve proven him right. I’m just like him.
"I’m so proud I can go and see him now when I get back home with all the belts."
