A beauty products manager waged a campaign of harassment against her boyfriend’s ex-partner.
Kerry Keatings bombarded the woman with abusive and threatening messages.
She called the lawyers office where the victim worked, demanding to know where she was.
Keatings also warned she would report the woman to social workers.
Keatings, 35, of Castlemilk, Glasgow, is a business partner with global hair and beauty products network FM World and leads a team of sales reps in Scotland.
She appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday and admitted a course of conduct in November 2019 that caused her victim fear or alarm.
The court heard the woman and Keatings’s partner have a child together.
Defence solicitor Vincent McGovern said: “There is a sensitive and complex background to this.
“But my client let herself down by acting in this way.
“She has done her best since these incidents to avoid any contact with the woman.”
Sheriff Moira MacKenzie put Keatings on a community payback order and said she will be under social work supervision for a year.
