Scottish bakers are being asked to apply for a brand new series of the Great British Bake Off.
Amateur cake-makers and pastry fans who believe they could face the heat of the bake off tent should apply before the Sunday January 5 deadline.
The acclaimed Channel 4 show, hosted by comedians Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding and judged by celebrity chefs Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, wrapped up its 10th series in October.
It saw health adviser David Atherton, from Yorkshire, crowned champion in front of average audiences of 9.14 million.
Next year’s show promises an entirely new selection of contestants, as the judges look to crown The Great British Bake Off ’s 2020 champion.
