A Scots artist has been encouraging people to take up a new hobby during lockdown, which could help the NHS heroes fighting COVID-19 on the frontline.
Katherine Cowtan, has been sharing her sewing tutorial on how to make NHS scrub caps from home.
The artist created a tutorial based on a DIY scrub template, which can be downloaded from lifebox.
Here is how you can help:

Katherine Cowtan told Edinburgh Live: " I heard about this from my friend Anne Winther in Buchlyvie.
"She has a friend who is a doctor at St George's hospital in London, who asked her for volunteers to make scrub caps, anticipating that they would be short as the COVID-19 pandemic worsens.
"I can sew and have spare fabric, so thought I could help. I simplified the pattern."
Anne Winther, who started the movement, confirmed on social media that she has been "overwhelmed by gratitude to the friends that have already responded to sew scrub caps for ICU nurses."
She said: "Thank you to all those who have offered to help - St George's London need 500 caps for all the (new and old)
"ICU nurses and possibly more for junior doctors."
