Scots Amazon delivery driver rants about 'rudest encounter' while working

A Scots Amazon worker has revealed the daily struggles delivery drivers face when getting customers their purchases.

Louise Fraser let rip on the pitfalls of working for the massive online shopping firm in an " Amazon flex rant" video on her Tiktok page.

The 27-year-old gave followers an insight into a day in the life as a delivery driver working in the capital reports Edinburgh Live.

Taking fire at confusing flats in the clip, Louise explained they never have door numbers making it hard to deliver packages.

She said: "If you live in a flat, I hate you. Why do you have to make it so hard to deliver things, why does none of your doors have numbers on them?"

Louise, from Falkirk, then hits out a rude neighbour after an encounter who told her not to knock loudly while she was attempting to deliver a parcel.

The TikTok user explains the customer was not in to receive their package, so she tried to leave it with a neighbour but she was given an abrupt no.

"I had the most rudest encounter today. I went to the door the person wasn't in, fine, so I went to the door opposite and said 'hey, would you mind taking a package in for your neighbour?' and he said 'no and don't knock so loudly next time'."

The 27-year-old goes on to claim that '9 per cent' of her deliveries are not in today and has had to phone almost all of her customers to let them know she cannot fulfil their delivery, or has left their parcel with a neighbour.

She finally finished off the video by breathing a sigh of relief and says the tough shift 'better be worth the money' after the hassle she's had.
