Scotland team v Slovakia confirmed as Hibs duo are named among substitutes

Hibs duo Paul McGinn and Ryan Porteous have been named among the substitutes for tonight's Nations League match against Slovakia.

Steve Clarke has named his starting line-up and there are four changes from Thursday's win over Israel.

David Marshall continues in goal, and the two wing backs remain the same, however there are changes in the back three, central midfield three and front two.

Andrew Considine, John Fleck, Kenny McLean and Ryan Fraser come in with Liam Cooper, Ryan Jack, Callum McGregor and Oli McBurnie dropping out.

The Scotland starting XI is as follows: Marshall, O'Donnell, Gallagher, Considine, McTominay, Robertson, Fleck, J. McGinn, McLean, Dykes, Fraser.

Subs: McLaughlin, Robby McCrorie, Jack, McGregor, McBurnie, Paterson, Porteous, Taylor, Shankland, P. McGinn, Ross McCrorie.

Both Paul McGinn and Ryan Porteous of Hibs would make their debuts should they come off the bench.

Scotland know that a victory tonight would ensure they remain top of their Nations League group, and extend the unbeaten run to seven matches.

Kick-off at Hampden Park is at 7.45pm.
