Scotland team news v England revealed as Kevin Nisbet and Craig Gordon miss out

Scotland boss Steve Clarke has named his team to face England at Euro 2020 in their second game.

But there's no place in the starting lineup for either HIbs star Kevin Nisbet and Hearts hero Craig Gordon with both left on the subs bench.

Scotland had a disappointing opening day encounter against Czech Republic and will hope to bounce back with a result against the Auld Enemy tonight.

And Clarke has made four changes to his team as he tries to get a change in performance from his team of four days ago.

There's a huge boost with the return of Kieran Tierney to the starting lineup after he missed out with the first game injured.

It was a disappointing loss at Hampden but there were still some good moments in the game with the likes of Andy Robertson and Lyndon Dykes missing big chances.

The team starts with David Marshall in between the sticks with a back three of Scott McTominay, Grant Hanley and Tierney.

Rangers star Nathan Patterson is on the bench again which means Stephen O'Donnell continues at right wing back with Andy Robertson on the left.

The midfield sees a surprise starter in Billy Gilmour alongside Callum McGregor and John McGinn, with Lyndon Dykes and Che Adams through the middle.

Full team: Marshall, O’Donnell, McTominay, Hanley, Tierney, Robertson, Gilmour, McGinn, McGregor, Dykes, Adams

Subs: Gordon, McLaughlin, Christie, Fleck, Cooper, Armstrong, Nisbet, Fraser, Patterson, Hendry, Forrest, McKenna
