We tasked our top team to submit the players that have caught their eye in this calendar year and rank them in a top ten before compiling their answers into the 50 best in our game.
The results are in and although Rangers and Celtic are, as you'd expect, well represented in the top 20, players from across the top flight and even the Championship are included.
Our top ten represents the very best of Scottish football, and if a highly subjective exercise like this confirms anything, it's that our game is in it's healthiest state for years.
