The most popular baby names in Scotland in 2020 were, once again Jack for boys and for the girls, Isla knocked Olivia off the top spot.
Of the 46,355 babies registered in Scotland last year, 354 were named Jack and 347 named Isla by their parents.
But while those were the over all most popular names, when broken down in to individual council areas, the results were very different.
For instance while Isla topped the girls names in the national's capital, the most popular boys names in Edinburgh were Alexander and Oliver.
Similarly in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Isla was top for girls, reflecting the national result, but for the boys, Harris and Daniel joined Jack to be the most favoured boys name.
Further north in the Shetland Islands the results were altogether completely different with Krissi topping the most popular name for girls and for boys, Brodie, Theo and Tommy were joint first place.
Glasgow's baby name choices also did not reflect the national choice with Freya being most picked girls name and Muhammed for boys.
