A Scotland's Home of the Year judge and lifestyle blogger has unveiled an incredible before-and-after transformation of her kitchen while renovating her new pad.
Kate Spiers, who stars on the BBC property show, posted how she turned the dull laminate cupboards into a sparkling new room with that looks unrecognisable.
She gave her 294,000 Instagram followers a glimpse into the process after installing white IKEA kitchen with marble-style worktops and creating a cosy window seat and stylish open shelves.
Kate, who lives with her husband in Glasgow, says she spent a total of around £3,000 on the renovation - £2,000 on IKEA cupboards, £800 on appliances, £200 on wall tiles and £300 on worktops.

She switched the boring white tiles to quirky blue geometric ones, while getting rid of the ugly extractor fan and black flooring.
The blogger also posted a picture during the renovation of the room being torn apart, showing the process it took to install.
Kate took to Instagram and Twitter to share the transformation and explained how the tenement flat used to be rented out and the kitchen "wasn't in good condition"
Kate wrote: "Kitchen after/before/during! We had our work cut out with this one, we ripped out the whole thing and had planned to start work on it just as lockdown was announced so we had to put the reno on hold.
"When we moved in in July, it still wasn’t done so we quickly had an IKEA kitchen put together and this is the result... it was stressful and not exactly what I wanted but we worked with what we had!
"I love it so much but what a journey it was to get here."
The interior lover moved into a fabulous tenement flat over summer and has been hard at work overhauling the place, updating her followers as she goes.
With an army of almost 300,000 followers, the social media star is an expert when it comes to interiors, fashion and beauty.
While Kate visited a host of Scotland's most breathtaking properties, her own home is just as beautiful - and she often given fans a glimpse into how she styles it.
She brands her style as 'organised clutter' due to her passion for different accessories, including candles, vases, lamps and wall prints.
While many of her possessions have been collected over the years, some can be found in high street stores such as H&M, Zara Home, Wayfair, Oliver Bonas and IKEA.
The blogger is also a huge fan of greenery and has foliage and flowers dotted all over the flat, including an enormous Bird of Paradise plant which touches the ceiling.

She previously told the Record: "Interiors in my age group of millenials has had such a revival.
"People my age and a bit younger are really into their homes and being homebodies and creating this nice space and it's about looking after yourself."
Kate will be back for a third series of Scotland’s Home of the Year alongside the judges as they travel the country in search of the next top property.
