The winning property of Scotland's Home of the Year 2021 is now on the market with an eye-watering price tag.

The beautiful pink 'C’ listed Georgian mansion - known as The Moss - is located in Killearn, Stirlingshire, and boasts six bedrooms, five public rooms and four bathrooms.

It also has a laundry room, boot room, snug and a ‘secret’ bar.

The grounds surrounding The Moss are extremely impressive with around six acres of grounds with pond and it can be all yours for £1,350,000.

The Georgian renovation has been home to Karen and Matt, their daughters Cora and Marnie and son, William since 2018 and they picked up the prize on the BBC show last year.

The family style was quirky and eclectic style but they still remained to make the original period features of this unique property stand out.

Listed by estate agents Rettie & Co say the property is extremely rare and would be the perfect family home with an array of history in the walls.

In their listing, they say in around 1906, an easterly wing was added to the building by Charles Rennie Mackintosh but unfortunately in the 1960s it was taken down.

Thereafter, a smaller single storey extension was added and subsequently, a second storey.

The agents say a lot of work and money has went into the renovation of The Moss with the owners marrying some original features with modern details to make it perfect in every way.

They also suggest the impressive kitchen is the heart of the home.

Its contents are all handmade and hand-painted, and were supplied and designed by Cameron Interiors - surrounded by a large central island with gorgeous Diore quartz worktops and upstands.

It features two Blanco sinks, one Belfast, with the central island having a Quooker tap.
