Glasgow will be home to Scotland's first Chaiiwala street food venue, with preparations underway for the new opening at The Quay.
Chaiiwala, described as 'the home of chaii and desi street food', operates out of a number of locations throughout England and Wales, but the Glasgow Quay 'flagship' store will be its first venture north of the border.
Sharing a snap of the new venue on Instagram, Chaiiwala announced they are recruiting stuff and are encouraging local residents to apply.
'Bringing Indian Street food and a sip of India to the UK', Chaiiwala's extensive menu includes the likes of all-day breakfasts, roti, falooda, sundaes, karak chaii and more. For a look at their menu in full, you can visit the Chaiiwala website here.
Announcing the news of the Glasgow store on Instagram, Chaiiwala commented: "Insta family we are now recruiting for our 3000 SQFT flagship store in #Glasgow!
"This will be our first of many stores in #Scotland.
