It comes after Nicola Sturgeon tested negative for coronavirus after coming into contact with someone who contracted the deadly virus.

Sturgeon took a test after a close contact tested positive.

As a precaution she said she would be taking Lateral Flow Tests regularly to prevent the spread of the virus.

The Scottish Government's latest figures for Scotland showed that 7,065 new cases had been identified overnight.

However there have been no new recorded deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours.
