Scotland is set for some heavy rain and possible flooding this week, according to the Met Office.
Forecasters have issued a yellow weather warning for parts of the country between Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.
Persistent and heavy rain is expected between 6am on Wednesday - 28 October - and 12pm on Thursday 29 October.
The weather warning covers Dumfries and Galloway and Lothian and the Borders.
Scots have been warned to brace for flooding as a result of the storms.
The Met Office has also warned that flooding could cause traffic delays with surface water leading to difficult and possibly dangerous conditions on the roads and cancellations to train and bus services.
Other areas of Scotland are set for some pretty wet weather this week, too.
Forecasters expect heavy showers in Glasgow on Tuesday with cloudy and drizzly conditions through the rest of the week.
Edinburgh will be a bit drier but showers are set to arrive by the end of the week.
Dundee and Aberdeen will see intervals of rain with cloudy conditions persistent.
Temperatures will feel pretty mild for this time of year with highs of 14 to 16C around the country, according to the Met Office.
