A Scot mum has gone viral after dressing her baby up as a hoagie for Halloween.
Ellis Lee was left in stitches when her baby's dad Sam Murdouch, 21, compared their adorable tot Savannah Allison Murdoch to the size of the iconic sandwich.
The 19-year-old from Motherwell couldn't resist taking things a step further by fully transforming baby with a blanket with a wrap on her head for Halloween.
When Savannah was born Ellis tweeted how her dad Sam had compared her to a Hoagie.
Ellis tweeted: "Honestly I’ve carried a child for nine months for Sam to size compare her to a hoagie."
Six months later Ellis decided to embrace the comment for Savannah's Halloween costume.
She took to Twitter to show off the quirky Halloween costume which raked in thousands of likes.
The Family are glad the funny costume cheered people up during these uncertain times.
Ellis aid: "I thought a hoagie baby update it would lighten people’s day.
"We put the costume together from wraps and an emergency blanket.
"Savannah’s dad joked when in hospital after birth that she looked like a hoagie when she was all wrapped up in a blanket.
"He then took a picture of her beside a hoagie to size compare as to show how small she was as covid many people hadn’t been able to see her especially Sams sister in California so we sent that to her and I put it on Twitter.
"It was then 6 months later from that tweet it was Halloween and thought it would be funny for her to go as a hoagie."
