SCOTTISH dealership worker Alan Williamson has been crowned Mitsubishi’s UK Master Technician Of The Year.
Alan, who works for Park’s in Ayr, faced competition from more than 140 highly skilled experts from across the Japanese marque’s nationwide dealer network.
The final six had to spend a day tackling a number of practical assessments and a technical quiz at Mitsubishi’s training academy in Gloucestershire to find the winner.
Alan, who will now go on to compete in a European contest, said: “My rivals are all great people with years of Mitsubishi experience, so to win Master Technician Of The Year is a fantastic honour.”
