Scot accused of walking people through streets in gimp masks and flashing penis at paramedics faces trial

A man will face trial over claims he lead people around Scottish city streets while they wore dog and gimp masks.

Scott Lannister, 32, faces two charges of committing a breach of the peace by his alleged actions, in St Ninians Road, Stirling, on December 30th last year and in Kerse Road, Craigend Road and Modan Road, also all in Stirling, on May 13.

It is alleged that on the dates stated he conducted himself in a disorderly manner in that  he did “walk other persons like dogs with a dog lead” while they were wearing a dog or gimp mask, causing fear or alarm to the public.

In a separate alleged incident at a home in Mayfield Court, St Ninians, Stirling, on April 30 he is alleged to have “charged whilst naked” at Scottish Ambulance Service personnel, shouting and screaming, flailing his arms, and repeatedly banging his head against a mirror, and exposing his penis in a sexual manner at two women paramedics.

At Stirling Sheriff Court on Tuesday, the case against Lannister, also known as Scott Hanlon, who pleads not guilty to all the charges, was continued in his absence to a procedural hearing on December 1.

Sheriff William Gilchrist also ordained him to appear for trial on December 10.
