The seasonal sale at Schuh has savings of up to 75 per cent to help fashionable shoppers put their best foot forward in 2020, but there’s a hidden discount section with even bigger discounts that not many know about.
And you won’t find these massive reductions on the main menu at Schuh.co.uk .
Discounts of up to 80 per cent have been applied to over 1,400 pairs of trainers, shoes and boots - for men, women and kids.
And there are massive savings on some of its best-selling, big brand products - if you're willing to put up with some minor imperfections.
Prices start at £3.99 in the women’s section with £60 shoes selling for £6.99 and there’s better than half price offers on Adidas , Nike , Dr Martens and many more.
Nottinghamshire Live has spotted Adidas Gazelle down from £70 to £24.99, Converse All Stars going for £20.99 (down from £50) and UGG lace ups down from £195 to just £35.99.
The deals are available as part of the Schuh Imperfects range, with the reductions as a result of small cosmetic issues.
"Our imperfect items may suffer some blemishes such as: scratches or scuffs, discoloured or faded, irremovable dirty marks," Schuh explained.
But the good news is you know exactly what you're buying, so won't be in for any nasty surprises.
"We've provided photographs of the actual shoe you'll receive with a brief description of the imperfection," Schuh added.
"Where there is more than one imperfection, an image of each is shown."
Deals are available to search by gender, size, brand and more - and that includes kids shoes.
The nature of what's on offer changes each week - as imperfections are spotted - and the retailer warns goods might not always arrive in their original packaging.
But given how long shoes generally last before a scuff, scratch or mark ends up on them and how long we happily keep wearing them after it does - it silly not to see if you can save a packet in the first place.
