Wallace High School and Methodist College will lock horns in the semi-finals of the Danske Bank Ulster Schools' Cup on Wednesday.
Both sides will be looking to join Royal School Armagh in the final.
Armagh produced a storming comeback to beat Belfast Royal Academical Institution 29-22 on Tuesday.
Who will join them in the March 17 showpiece final?
