A schoolgirl was taken to hospital after she was hit by a bus in Celbridge this afternoon.
The teenager was struck by the bus on the Maynooth Road at around 3:350pm.
The 15-year-old was taken to Our Lady's Hospital in Crumlin as a precaution following the incident.
Gardai confirmed to Dublin Live they attended the scene.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí attended a single vehicle RTC involving a bus that occurred on the Maynooth Road, Celbridge, this evening, Monday 11 November at approximately 3:50pm.
"A female (15) was taken to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital as a precaution."
