Frantic search for Fife teen missing for two days who may have travelled to Edinburgh

A 14-year-old schoolgirl who went missing two days ago may be in Edinburgh, police have said.

Zoe Ferguson was last seen on Friday , April 26 at Inverkeithing in Fife.

She boarded a train to Edinburgh Waverley and has not been heard from since.

Concern is growing for Zoe as she had not been missing for this length of time before.

Sergeant Lesley Duncan, of Dunfermline police station, said: "We believe Zoe has boarded a train from Inverkeithing to Edinburgh Waverley.

"Zoe has gone missing before but never for this length of time and we, as well as her family, are concerned."

Zoe is described as slim with long brown hair with blonde tips. She was last seen wearing a long green jacket, black leggings and black skirt.

If anyone has any information, they can contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2972 of 26 April.
