A 12-year-old girl has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Stockport.
Emergency services were scrambled to Marple Road, in Offerton, at around 2.45pm today (Monday November 15).
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said that the extent of the girl's injuries are 'unknown at this time'.

A GMP spokesman said: "Police were called at 2:45pm today (Monday 15 November) following reports a pedestrian had been hit by a car on Marple Road in Offerton.
"Emergency services attended and a 12-year-old girl has been taken to hospital. The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
A North West Ambulance Service spokesperson added: "An ambulance took a 12-year-old girl to hospital. She was initially treated at the scene with the help of a paramedic in a response vehicle."
Marple Road was closed in both directions, between Curzon Road and The Fairway, until around 4.30pm.
Public transport was also affected.
Stagecoach Manchester and Wigan tweeted: "Routes 314/358/383/384. Diversion in both directions via Lisburne Lane, Dialstone Lane & Hempshaw Lane for the 314 Service. This is due to a Police incident at the junction of Hillcrest Road and Marple Road.
"We're experiencing delays averaging 25 minutes throughout the routes.
"Sorry if this is affecting your journey with us today."
