A teenage lad has gone missing in Paisley, sparking a police search.

Joasiah Bamidele, originally from London, speaks with an English accent.
He was last seen in the Shortroods area of Paisley around 5.45pm yesterday.
He is described as being 5ft 7 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a grey puffer jacket and grey jogging bottoms, and was travelling using an electric scooter.
A Renfrewshire & Inverclyde Police Division statement says: “Josiah is not familiar with the Paisley or Glasgow area.
“We just want to make sure he is safe and well and would encourage him, or anyone who knows where he is, to get in touch with officers at Paisley Police station via 101.
“Please quote incident number 2489 of 6th May 2021.”
