Almost 30 schools across East Kilbride and Avondale will be closed on Thursday, May 23 for the European elections.
Following a review of polling places last year, 74 across South Lanarkshire schools will be used for future elections.
Some schools will remain open to pupils in Strathaven with voting taking place in the Avondale Community Wing.
New polling arrangements mean that 10 additional primary schools will be closed compared to the last elections in 2017.
