School for CEOs appoints new partner and director

Edinburgh-based School for CEOs has promoted its commercial director Colin Daniel to partner and digital and marketing director Gemma Sole to director.

Both manage growing portfolios of coaching clients. Daniel is Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and he has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Coaching from Edinburgh Napier University.

Sole has an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from Northumbria University, is an Academy of Executive Coaching Accredited Associate Executive Coach and member of the British Psychological Society.

The  School for CEOs  was co-founded by experienced chief executive and chairman Patrick Macdonald and executive coach David Sole, the former Scotland and British Lions rugby player, in 2011. The aim was to create a programme to support leaders as they transitioned into the role of CEO and other senior roles.

Chairman Macdonald said: “We are delighted to announce these two promotions. Colin and Gemma have both become key members of our team here at the School for CEOs and they are extremely well-regarded by our client organisations both as coaches and facilitators of our range of leadership development offerings.”
