NAKHON RATCHASIMA: A headmaster in Bua Yai district has been accused of having a sexual affair with a 14-year-old girl student at his school.
Local residents and members of the school committee exposed the 51-year-old school director's alleged misconduct with the Matthayom Suksa 2 student.
Pikul Karn-ngarn, chairman of the school committee, told local reporters that many people were aware of the man's scandalous conduct. Mr Pikul alleged the director had an affair with a girl at a previous school, before being transferred to this school.
He said the committee had sent a letter to Nakhon Ratchasima education zone 6, which oversees the school, asking that the man not be transferred to their school. The request was turned down, and the director was appointed.
The man's conduct had not changed, Mr Pikul said. Just three months after arriving he became involved with a Matthayom Suksa 2 student aged 14 years.

The school committee chairman said he obtained copies of Line chat messages from the girl’s mobile phone showing the special relation between her and the director.
The committee would submit all its evidence to the education zone 6 office, asking that it take immediate action against the man.
Paiwann Haithong, 41, a local resident, said she saw the director and the girl out together on several occasions. They acted like sweethearts and she saw them sitting together in a coffee shop, he with his arm around the girl’s shoulders, hugging her. Other villagers saw similar things.
A classmate of the girl confirmed the relationship. Her friend told her the director had given her 500-1,000 baht each time, and took her to visit Khao Yai and Wang Nam Khieo. The girl told her the director had taken her to stay at resorts three times, the classmate said.
