A Merseyside high school is providing specialist support to its pupils after the sudden death of a Year 7 pupil.
Semina Halliwell, from Southport, died on Saturday morning, four days after being admitted to hospital. She was only 12 years old.
Her mum Rachel Halliwell says there is a "void in her heart that can never be filled".

Semina was in her first year at Stanley High, on Fleetwood Road, and the school's headteacher Neil Moore says the entire community was 'deeply saddened' by the loss.
Mr Moore told the ECHO : "It is with great sadness that we have been notified of the sudden death of a Year 7 student from our school community.
"Our thoughts are with the family at this tragic time and our whole school community sends them our sincerest sympathy and support.
"Students have been informed in school and we will offer support in school to those students who have been affected by this tragedy.
"Additional support may be accessed through Child Bereavement UK for children and families.
"We are in touch with the family regarding any support they require and will provide students an opportunity for remembrance in school.
"We are deeply saddened by this loss."
Heartwarming tributes have also poured in on social media.
